Our tumbling program offers athletes of all ages and experience levels the opportunity to grow their skills step by step. From learning the basics to mastering advanced passes, each class is designed to build strength, coordination, and proper technique in a supportive environment. Recreational Class Options

PRE-SCHOOL TUMBLING

Our Preschool Classes at Storm Athletics introduce young children to movement, coordination, and teamwork in a fun, engaging environment. Through age-appropriate activities, kids build balance, strength, and motor skills while learning to follow directions and interact with others. These classes spark a love for fitness and activity, laying the foundation for future success in cheer, tumbling, and beyond. Parents will see their little ones grow in confidence, focus, and independence with every class

BASIC TUMBLING

This class is ideal for athletes just starting out. We focus on body awareness, coordination, and foundational movements such as rolls, handstands, and cartwheels. Athletes gain the building blocks of tumbling while developing confidence in their abilities and excitement for learning new skills.

BEGINNER TUMBLING

For athletes ready to move beyond the basics, this class introduces skills like round-offs, back walkovers, and front walkovers. Along with proper technique, athletes build strength, balance, and control. Each class encourages steady progress, helping athletes feel proud of their growth and more confident in what they can achieve.

INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING

This class takes athletes to the next level with drills for back handsprings, connected passes, and advanced combinations. Emphasis is placed on power, precision, and clean execution. Athletes strengthen both body and mindset, learning to push their skills further while building lasting confidence in themselves.
